To operate the service, provide the memory feature that lets characters remember you, keep your account secure, and improve the product.
To generate replies, the text of your conversation is sent to our AI model provider (currently DeepSeek). Embeddings for memory recall are computed on our own servers.
Your data is stored on our own servers. We keep it while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
You may delete your account and its data. Contact us to make a request. Where required by law, you have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Passwords are stored hashed; sessions use signed tokens.
